In a technology adoption move that Leading Real Estate Brokerages of the World (LeadingRE) CEO Paul Boomsa called "rare," the network has announced the roll-out of Buyside as a nationwide member benefit to all firms in the US.
As the pandemic continues to impact the way home seller leads are generated, with an origin shift from in-person to online, Buyside has seen rapid growth and expansion during the past six months. Agents using Buyside generated $6 billion in new listings following the launch of their National Home Valuation Week, news of which rocked the industry back in September.
