CoreLogic® is excited to announce that it is teaming up with Onboard Informatics to deliver a new data management and distribution solution that will help MLS organizations achieve RESO 1.3 compliance and, at the same time, give brokers and data recipients access to unified data feeds that span multiple real estate markets.
At its root, the new solution enables MLSs to satisfy two major requirements mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®:
The CoreLogic solution transforms your listing data and loads it into a RESO-compliant architecture that supports MLS-managed data delivery. MLSs and brokers will administer delivery using a simple and secure dashboard to control third-party contracts and data distribution via RETS or the new Web API. The solution works with all multiple listing platforms and requires no changes to your existing database or RETS server.
The Web API also gives brokers optional access to comprehensive property information and lifestyle search capabilities, empowering them to compete with the biggest websites in real estate for consumer traffic and cost-effective leads. The Web API offers consumers the tools and information they need to make informed home purchase decisions, including listings and photos, public records, demographics, community information, points of interest, automated valuations, and lifestyle searching by house value, distance, neighborhood, school district, transit, shopping, etc.
CoreLogic and Onboard Informatics will be discussing this new solution at Clareity's annual MLS Executive Workshop in Scottsdale this week. If you're not attending the workshop, please watch this space for additional announcements and information. Or feel free to contact us at any time to request more information.
